Shipping & Returns
Shipping will be carried out to the address provided by the customer by Hermes or DHL. Fees will be charged once, even if merchandise might be sent in different shipments. All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgment, this insurance coverage ceases to exist. The goods will be shipped one day after ordering. Depending on the destination, the arrival within the EU takes 3 to 7 working days. Please note that the indicated delivery times, estimated by the delivery partners, can vary and therefore not be guaranteed. You will receive an order confirmation with the shipping tracking number. In the EU no extra taxes or duties will be due. The shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Switzerland 17,99€ until 2 kilo/23,99€ until 5 kilo
The United Kingdom 15,99€ until 2 kilos/23,99€ until 5 kilo
United States 15,99€ until 2 kilo/23,99€ until 3 kilo
If you would like to receive a delivery to a nonlisted country, please contact email@example.com to receive shipping and tax information.
Please note, that the customer is responsible for obtaining information about the applicable import regulations in his country (outside the EU) and for paying any import charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return your item, please note that only pristine and unused merchandise will be accepted. If the protective sheet is removed or damaged returns are excluded. Your return right lasts 14 days, starting from the day you received your merchandise. The return is not free of charge. The client has to cover the fee to send the item back to the address of the sender. This rule doesn't apply to Pay Pal's free return users. More information here: PayPal-Return.
Please be careful with the items and return them in original packaging to ensure the protection of transport damage. Make sure to include any accessories and any packaging components. In order to return the merchandise, please send an email to info@juliedestelle with your order number and reason for return. The purchase price will be refunded using the payment method selected at the time of purchase. After the 1 days have expired, we can no longer accept returns.
