These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by JULIED ESTELLE. The online shop from JULIED ESTELLE can be reached under the link of www.juliedestelle.com and is directed exclusively to customers according to §13 german civil code – bgg. 3. Conclusion of the contract and storage of the contract text
The presentation of the products and services in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a suggestion to place an order.
By clicking on the [book/buy] button, you will place a binding order of the coaching sessions listed on the order page. The receipt of your request will be confirmed by us immediately by email, whereas this shall not constitute an acceptance of your order yet, unless described otherwise. An effective contract will be established only once we accept your order by an order confirmation sent to you by email directly upon receipt of your order. Should you not have received an order confirmation from us within three days, you shall no longer be bound by your request.
The contract text (order data and GTC) will be stored by us. Independently from this, you will receive all relevant data of the order sent by email, which can be printed out.
4. Prices, cancellation conditions, exclusion, right of revocation
The offered products are purely services, which are performed primarily online and partially offline upon agreement. Shipping costs for the transmission of the ordered services will not be incurred and therefore also not be charged to our customers.
Until paid in paid in full, the merchandise remains the property of JULIED ESTELLE.
Before transition of ownership, pawning, transfer of ownership as security on a debt, processing or redesign without our consent in advance is not allowed.
In addition to the prices indicated, you will be charged an additional fee for shipping, Please refer to the shipping information. Additional, cost of shipping will be clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping basket and on the order page.
If obviously damaged packaging and/or products are delivered to you , please file a complaint to the forwarder immediately and get in touch with us afterwards.
Failure to file a complaint or to contact us does not have any influence on your statutory rights. However you help us to be able to assert our own claims towards the forwarder and the transport insurance.
The delivery date is bound to availability of the product and estimated by the delivery partners. Please indicated that times can vary and therefore not be guaranteed.
The customer has a 14-day cancellation right and can withdraw from this contract. It is valid the day, when you or a third party known by yourself, who is not the shipper, has received the merchandise of the order. In order to exercise your right of return, you need to inform us about canceling the contract with the return form or write to email@example.com. Please send back the product with the printed return confirmation that includes you order number.
By canceling this contract, refunds, shipping costs excluded, will be reimbursed within 14 days upon receipt of the message of your withdrawal. The same means of payment of the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise beforehand, will be used. We have the right to refuse the reimbursement until we have received back the merchandise or until you have provided proof that you have returned the merchandise. The merchandise has to be send back within 14 days, starting from the day where you cancelled the contract. This time period is upheld, if you have sent back the merchandise before the end of the 14-day time period. The return costs will not be provided.
This cancellation right does not exist for hygiene products or broken seals after deliveries.
Please be careful with the items and return them in original packaging to ensure the protection of transport damage. Make sure to include any accessories and any packaging components. If you do not have the original packing anymore, please wrap the products with care and securely protected from transport damage to protect you from any damage claims considering insufficient packaging.
Please be aware, that the aforementioned recommendations, which are stated in §6 do not constitute a requirement for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation.

For payment of the purchase price, we except credit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Klarna, giropay and PayPal. In some cases, you may also utilize a coupon to make full or partial payment by entering the relevant coupon code.
Most payment methods require that the customer be registered with the respective payment services provider in accordance with its conditions so that, for example, an identity and/or credit check may be required. If the selected payment method is not available in a particular case, you will be redirected to the order process so that you can make another selection. We reserve the right to charge levy costs for individual payment methods as permitted by law. In general, your respective payment account will be debited upon submission of the order. For payments by credit card payment or direct debit, your account will be charged only upon shipment of the goods.
To the extent that we offer purchase on account as a payment option in cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, S-111 34 Stockholm, the payment period will be 14 days from dispatch of the goods or receipt of the corresponding invoice. Payment is made directly to Klarna; we remain responsible for all other matters (customer inquiries, cancellation, complaints, etc.). Please note that in the event of late payment, Klarna may be entitled to impose late fees even if you return the goods to us within the 30-day period. We therefore recommend that when making a purchase on account, you return goods within the payment period or request a Payment Extension from Klarna.
We reserve title to the delivered products until the invoiced amount of a shipment has been paid in full (final and unconditional credit to our account).
8. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for dispute resolution online. The platform serves as the point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online purchase agreements. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer mediation office.
9. Final provisions
If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions should be invalid in result of legal or court decisions, all remaining provisions shall remain unaffected by this. The invalid term(s) and condition(s) shall be replaced by the new provision that legally valid. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Side agreements, changes and agreements deviating from these GTC, as well as the assurance of properties and condition require the written form. This also applies to this provision.
